This fireless steam-locomotive was built with fabrication-no. 7595 in 1911 by Borsig in Berlin-Tegel. It was delivered to Bremer Woll-Kämmerei (BWK) in Bremen-Blumenthal, where it was in service until the mid nineties (see here -ninth posting from above by V. Klemm- for a narrative in German of the responsible manager from this time). In 1996 BWK donated the engine to Gronauer Eisenbahn- und Modellbahnfreunde e.V. They restored it and placed it in front of Gronau station as monument for the former textile-industry of Gronau. Seen on 2nd of October 2011. Photo ©Arnim v. Herff
