Eupec 31 in Mülheim on 25th of February 2003. After Vodaphones take over of Mannesman the telephonists doesn't know how to handle the part of the company which does the real work. The worl-famous seamless tubes are built in the big factory of Mannesmann in Mülheim. This product was the basis of Mannesmanns success and it is needed furthermore all over the world. But with their wisdom the new owners decided to divide the production into different smaller companies and sold it. It is easier to destroy a small company than a bigger one... Eupec is one of the Mannesmann fragments.
