As discribed by other trainspotters in the net, VTG in Duisburg is very unkind to persons which have sympathy to locomotives and of course to their owners. The place where I shot from outside the fence last year some of VTG-locos is now blocked by a wall of metal. So this is the possible view from the other side of a harbour basin. 17th of September 2003
