The three "LINT" DMUs that AKN recently bought are exactly the same as the two of the Nordbahn Eisenbahn (NBE). On Sunday 3 August AKN LINT VT2.72 operated half of the trains between Neumünster and Bad Oldesloe. The part of this line between Neumünster and Bad Segeberg was only reopened some months ago, after many years without trains.
