The front cab of the Plasser & Theurer 08-475 Unimat 4S ballast tamper of
Kölngleis seen at the new overtaking station Dorsfeld (on Cologne-Aachen)
on 8 August 2001. The different small wheelsets under the cab should be for
measuring purposes. Note there is a warning sign for a laser beam on the side
of the cab, the laser should belong to the measuring equipment, too. Although
this is a modern ballast tamper, it must be at least some years old, as the
adress of the company is written with a four-digit post code that is no more
valid since 1993.
