RP (Rheinland-Pfalz?) Eisenbahn / Regio Infra Service locomotive V100.01
with snowplough Meiningen W in Mulda (Sachsen), 2001-03-14. Photo taken
out of a window of the FEG Regioshuttle VT3.03 (hence the funny
reflections). This seems to be the only locomotive of the RPE.
