The station of Buir on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren
(<a href="http://www-users.rwth-aachen.de/christoph.schmitz2/strecke/strecke.html">ABS 4</a>)
seen looking towards west on the south side on 26 October 2002. In the tunnel
is the wall that will seperate the lower street (in the foreground) from the
higher pedestrian way. The stairs connect the way with the southern platform
for the S-Bahn (urban trains). For the northern platform there is another
staircase of which only the upper end is visible. The highspeed tracks are
behind the northern platform.
