Elsterwerda railway station building Station building of Elsterwerda, transfer point for travelers from Saxony to Berlin, if they travel by regional trains. In 2004, the station forecourt has been completely redesigned new. Several buildings were demolished and there arose green spaces and platforms for the bus station. Because some international long-distance trains are stopping here (Praha, Bratislava, Budapest...), there's even a travel center in the small town located in South Brandenburg.
