Until the EXPO 2000, the DB AG will complete the suburban rail network of
Hannover. On the 1st of June 1997, the first section between central
railway station and Seelze was opened. With it this funny station named
Hannover-Nordstadt. The place was a marshalling yard before and partly 
still is. There is only one way to the station: down from the bridge.
