Weimar Berkaer Bahnhof station building Station building of Berka station, a small terminal south of the city center of Weimar. It was founded in 1887 and is operated every hour per direction by trains from Weimar to Kranichfeld. Weimar railway station building Street side of the Weimar railway station. It is an Intercity-Express stop on the line between Frankfurt am Main and Dresden. Weimar station is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 2 station. It is officially designated as a KulturBahnhof ("culture station”), as the station’s panels are noted.
