Bärenstein (Annaberg) station building Orphaned station building of Bärenstein (Annaberg), located at kilometer 0.91 of Vejprty–Annaberg-Buchholz railway. The section between Bärenstein and the Vejprty was reopened in 1993 using much tax money for restoring the border bridge, but all passenger traffic was shut down on 14 December 2014 due to lack of financial grants by the state of Saxony. Bärenstein (Annaberg) railway station Orphaned railway station of Bärenstein (Annaberg). No Erzgebirgsbahn trains will stop there anymore. In the waiting shelter there was the new schedule with train services still existing between Cranzahl and Chemnitz, however there were no notes of substitute bus transports between Cranzahl and Vejprty.
