Tramcar 0365 of the Stadtwerke Bonn (SWB) is waiting at Siegburg on 26 August 2003. It seems to be some kind of driver training or so, at least it is not a regular service. As there are still stations with entrance from street level on the line to Bonn, it is not possible to use these new cars in passenger service here. Note that the first two digits of the number of SWB tramcars always state the year the car was delivered (2003 here). In the background you can see the DB station (with ICE service of the Cologne-Frankfurt line) which is above the SWB station.
