Tw 2531 befährt die Wilsdruffer Str. und ist kurz vor der Hst. Postplatz. Es geht auf Linie 1 nach Leutewitz. Diese Endstelle erreicht auch die Linie 12, aber beide Linien nutzen unterschiedliche Wege, denn die 1 fährt über die Hamburger Str. Dresden besitzt einige Strecken am Stadtrand, wo eingleisig und auch in Seitenlage gefahren wird. Wagen 2538 auf der 1 hinauf nach Leutewitz zeigt, wie schnell sich ein Autofahrer wegen Parkern, Gegenverkehr und einer Tram auf der angeblich falschen Seite an den Namen seines Fahrlehrers erinnert.
