The Leoliner is a "low cost" tram (partly low floor) built in
Leipzig using overhauled Tatra bogies and new small-wheel bogies.
It can be configured in various lengths; this prototype is in a two
car configuration intended for smaller networks (axle arrangement
B'+2'B').
