A catenary work vehicle consisting of a frame with four wheels and a ladder,
seen in Sindorf (on Cologne-Aachen) on 5 September 2001. The ladder can be
extended (on the right side) and shifted sidewards. Note the two brakes and the
handlebars to lift the vehicle onto the track. Next to it are some parts for a
bracket which will be attached to the new mast visible in the picture.
