Klv 96, the so-called "Propan-Express", composed of two Klv 53 and a central carbody. These units were used to maintain the propane lights of mechanical signals. Today the last remaining mechanical signals have electric lights, and none of the Klv 96 are in use any more.

Ein Sicherungsposten kurz vor Ende seiner Pause in Mülheim (Ruhr) Hauptbahnhof am 14. März 2006. Seiner freundlichen Bitte, nicht nur von Loks, sondern auch von ihm ein Bild zu machen und zu veröffentlichen, komme ich gerne nach. Schließlich ist die Eisenbahn auf seinen Beruf zur sicheren Abwicklung des Betiebes angewiesen.
