A small Plasser&Theurer 08-16 SH ballast tamper, seen loaded on a special
car in Aachen West on 30 November 2004. The paper in the windows says that it is
going to Venezuela. It seems to be normal gauged, but apart from the missing
couplers, a different wheel profile might make it impossible to travel on own
wheels in Europe.
