DSB litra D steam locomotive. This was for many years the most popular steam loco. Used for goods trains, but also for passenger trains during a period where DSB did not have enough passenger steam locos. A total of 92 engines were built in the period 1902-1922 by many different manufacturers. Virtually all were out of service by 1960.

Seen here is the D 802 standing in front of the Danish Railway Museum in Odense. Summer 1992.
