AVE-100.012 set of RENFE-AVE, seen leaving Zaragoza, bound for Madrid-Puerta de Atocha. This service runs on the Madrid-Lerida HSL (25kV-50Hz AC; 1435mm-4ft8in), but there are also 2 broad-gauge tracks (1668mm-5ft6in) in the foreground. While these have been fitted with a very similar kind of catenary as the HSL, their voltage remains at 3kV DC. Zaragoza-Delicias. September 2004.
