Complimentary Dinner served in Preferente class on Alvia 4181 (Madrid-Chamartín ---> Gijón-Cercanías).

Stage 1 (served on Valladolid-Campo Grande ---> Palencia):

• Welcome Drink (Cava - Freixenet Cordón Negro).

A first Welcome Drink had been served just when leaving Madrid-Chamartín, before the emergency procedures for the Tunnels of San Pedro (8.9km) and Guadarrama (28.7km) applied.

Stage 2 (served on Palencia ---> León):

• Braised pork loin, with Safron rice, Green pepper and Xamfaina sauce;
• Bread, Butter, Vinegar and Olive oil (with Lemon); and
• Almond and Vanilla sponge cake.

Coffee was served twice after leaving León, with Digestive.

• Grouper, with Fish velouté, Raw ham, Grilled tomato and potato;
• White wine (Rueda - Valpincia);

• Fruit salad.

Coffee was served twice after leaving Palencia, with Digestive.
