Interiors of a Refurbished Class 448 of RENFE-Regionales, used on "Catalunya Expres" services.
Under their refurbishment (which began in 2001), Class 448s transferred to RENFE-Regionales only offer Turista-class accommodation. Original seats have remained, but these have been restyled. Overall ambiance has substantially improved, with a brighter, more contemporary aspect, which doubtless makes those EMUs one of the best-refurbished regional fleet in Spain. 2003.
