FGV operates narrow gauge metros and trams in the region between Valencia and Alicante. In Benidorm through passengers from the Alicante direction towards Altea and Denia have to from the TrenTram to a diesel trainset. Trainsets 4106 (electric) and 2511/2512 (diesel) are seen in Benidorm. Note the very low platform for the tram and incredibly high platform for the diesel train.

The TrenTrams of class 4100 can operate on 750V DC over tram tracks and on 1500V DC over regional railway lines. They currently operate the line Alicante Luceros-Benidorm, with extensions to the railway station in Alicante and from Benidorm to Altea planned. Trainset 4106 is seen at end station Benidorm.
