1st/2nd-class (open room) Aqualys Corail car (A5B4tux, ex A5B5tu).

This car belongs to the very last order for Open-room Corail cars (VTU-82). It was originally built as A5B5tu.

It was refurbished in 2001/2002 with funding from Région Centre, under the "Aqualys" program. Aqualys is an EIG between SNCF-GL and Région Centre, which runs GL (yet non-reservable) services on Paris-(fast) Orléans- (semi-fast) Tours.

This car also features a bike-storage area (in 2nd class), an accessible seating-area and a "multimedia area" (both in 1st class) with power points for laptops and mobiles.

This car was originally built as a B11tu (VTU-75 or 78). It was refurbished in 2001/2002 with funding from Région Centre, under the "Aqualys" program. Aqualys is an EIG between SNCF-GL and Région Centre, which runs GL (yet non-reservable) services on Paris-(fast) Orléans- (semi-fast) Tours.

This car now features 80 seats, arranged with a pitch of 870mm, as pre-refurbishment. 8 of the original seats have gone to make room for 2 (ex-B5rtux) curved sofas, so as to offer a "relaxation area"... There is also a "multimedia area", with power points for laptops and mobiles.

This car was built under the second order for Corail compartment cars (VU-78), which was also the first order for Corail cars with 8 seats per compartment in 2nd class. It was refurbished in 2001/2002 with funding from Région Centre, under the "Aqualys" program.

Aqualys is an EIG between SNCF-GL and Région Centre, which runs GL (yet non-reservable) services on Paris-(fast) Orléans- (semi-fast) Tours.

The original seating layout has remained.

This car was originally built as a B5rtux "Bar-Corail" (VTU-75 or 78). It was refurbished in 2001/2002 with funding from Région Centre, under the "Aqualys" program. Aqualys is an EIG between SNCF-GL and Région Centre, which runs GL (yet non-reservable) services on Paris-(fast) Orléans- (semi-fast) Tours.

This car now features a snack area with vending machines, (ex-B5rtux) curved sofas and 24 facing seats fitted with tables. There are also a conventional saloon (32 seats), a staff compartment, a small "relaxation area" and a "multimedia area", with power points for laptops and mobiles.
