"Euraffaires" open-room car (A8rtu, ex-A8tu TEE "Grand Confort").

As former A8tu "Grand Confort" cars, this car was primarily meant for the at-seat service, especially as the "Euraffaires" product was devoid of any restaurant car.

This saloon thence featured 46 facing seats, similar to those of (unrefurbished) TGV Atlantique stock (Trailers 2 and 3, semi-compartments).
However, the "Euraffaires" ambience had been designed to higher standards, more luxurious and classy.

The combination of facing seats with such red/brown warm ambience is quite reminiscent of ex-Virgin West Coast FO (Mk2-3) cars...
