This car was rebuilt in the early-90s from daytime 1st-class, open-room Corail cars (A10tu or A10rtu), in an effort to upgrade seated-accommodation offered on overnighters.

Yet, this cas was seen on a Strasburg-Sarrebourg TER service on that evening...
