SNCF BB 67106 is approaching Aurillac. 1969.
This engine was destroyed in operation, and written off, as two trains of which one composed with full gasoline tanks,  collided and burnt into the tunnel of Crozet in March 20th 1971. Both drivers of this engine died in this tragedy. Their bodies were extracted, as rescue means reached the heart of the tunnel, only three months later.
