Mk2 Jet Train (RTG), seen at Portbou (French sector, 1435mm-4ft8in), for the Centenary of the Perpignan-Figueres coastal line.

At that time, the French sector was still devoid of catenary, as the Narbonne-Portbou route was only wired up in Spring 1982.
But for the oil shocks, that route would conversely have accommodated RTG services to/from Toulouse and Marseilles.
