A BB 9200 class starts up with a goods train towards Perpignan. Cerbère on July 15th 1996.
Behind the locomotive, note a CC 6500 class.

Defunct Rapide 1280 "Camino Azul" (Cerbčre-Den Haag CS), seen shortly after leaving Cerbčre.

Only Bc10ux Corail couchettes cars would actually extend as far as The Hague, along with the NS Restaurant-car.
Conversely, the WL-T2 would not run any further than Bruxelles Midi-Brussel Zuid or Schaerbeek-Schaarbeek, while the 9200 would only remain on duty until the southern suburbs of Paris (Juvisy or Valenton).

SNCF BB 9200 - The train Capitole is passing Athis Mons in June 1961. It was formerly composed, since 1960, with four or five 1st class inox DEV coaches and a CIWL restaurant. Its composition will become red and famous in 1968. It will be therefore the first 200 km/h train in France.

SNCF BB 9200 August 1958 PLM line Bichain junctions - Villeneuve la Guyard - We can notice in this period that the front pantograph was often used, instead of the rear one now, for single current locs.
