Thalys breakfast served on Brussels<-->(Greater) Paris include: • Orange Juice • Dairy product (Cream Yogourt with almonds) • Bread, Ham, Gouda Cheese, Cottage Cheese and Butter, for the Tartine/Botterham • Sweet Bread, Jelly (Red Berry) and Butter • Croissant • Hot drink (Coffee). Thalys Cold Meals, served only on (Greater) Paris<->Brussels, include: • A Single (cold) Course (Duck Breast with Wheat salad and Green Beans) • A Cold Drink of your choosing • Dessert (Chestnut Custard) • Hot Drink • Water On Paris<->Brussels, such cold meals are served when travelling 10:50am-1:15pm and 5:45pm-9pm. In other time bands, other kinds of catering (breakfast, cold meal) are on offer. Fruit Water 1 Hot drink 1 Cold drink On (Greater) Paris<->Brussels, such snacks are served when travelling 09:15-11:15am, 01:15pm-05:45pm and later than 09:00pm. In other time bands, other kinds of catering (breakfast, cold meal) are on offer. Doubtless more basic than on Eurostar (not to mention defunct TEEs), but servings' quality ranked high. As there was just a handful of passengers in Coach 3, attendants came another time with surplus choice items. A world of difference with Coach 1, chartered by Air France on Brussels-CDG (as flight AF-7186), and whose passengers could only treat themselves with a cold (soft) drink and peanuts... 7th July 2004.
