Ecueillé (Indre - 36), une des gares du "B.A." sur la partie actuellement abandonnée mais encore intacte, en cours de reprise par la SABA (Société d'Animation du Blanc-Argent) pour le futur "Train Touristique du Bas-Berry", initiales "B.B.": anciennement jonction entre le "B.A." lui-même et une autre ligne à voie métrique, celle des "CFD Indre-et-Loire (Sud)" en provenance de Loches, dont elle constituait le terminus "sud".

Vue vers le nord, à droite les voies "B.A.", sur la gauche il s'agissait des voies "CFD" (par la suite reprises par le "B.A.")..

Aujourd'hui...

• la gare avec la halle à marchandises sont encore à peu près en l'état, mais ont été vendues à un particulier;
• au fond à gauche sur la photo, le dépot ex-"CFD" est encore debout mais très délabré: il devrait constituer un des tout-premiers projets de restauration par la SABA; mais plus de chateau-d'eau...

Ecueillé devrait être dans un premier temps le terminus "sud" de la ligne touristique "B.B.", et sans doute sa base technique; du matériel y est actuellement garé.

Ecueillé (Indre - 36), one of the stations on the now abandonned but still intact part of the "B.A." meter gauge line, currently being taken over by SABA (Société d'Animation du Blanc-Argent) for the future "Train Touristique du Bas-Berry", initials "B.B.": once was a junction point between "B.A." itself and another meter-gauge line, that of the "CFD Indre-et-Loire (Sud)" from Loches, being its the southern terminal.

Scene looks towards the north, to the right, the "B.A." tracks, to the left, the once "CFD" tracks (later taken over by "B.A."...).

Today...

• the station with the goods shed is intact, but has been sold to a private person;
• far on the left, the "CFD" depot is still there although derelict: it should be one of the first rehabilitation projects of SABA; but no water-tank anymore...

Initially Ecueillé should be the southern terminal of the "B.B." tourist service; some equipment is already stored there.
