Luçay-le-Mâle (Indre - 36), quelques km au sud de Valençay (célèbre pour son chateau qui reçoit plus de 200'000 visiteurs par an...), terminus "sud" actuel de la ligne "B.A." encore exploitée en service public: l'ensemble de la gare est encore assez similaire, avec les modernisations inévitables (silos de la "coopérative", p.e. !).

Si tout se passe comme prévu... les trains touristiques du "B.B.", venant d'Ecueillé, au sud, devraient bientôt avoir ici leur terminus "nord" et faire la jonction avec les trains du service public, en provenance de Salbris et Romorantin... mais il serait très intéressant de pouvoir aussi aller, avec les trains touristiques (à vapeur ?) jusqu'à Valençay...

Probablement, la "cohabitation" entre l'exploitation "B.A." "service public" sous régie SNCF et celle du "touristique" "B.B." promet quelques péripéties...

Luçay-le-Mâle (Indre - 36), a few km south of Valençay (famous for its castle which receives more than 200'000 visitors per year...), the southern terminal of the public service "B.A." line: the whole station is globally intact although some modern buildings have been erected (grain storage bins of the local co-op...).

If everything goes right, tourist trains of future "B.B.", south from Ecueillé, should terminate here, allowing exchange with the public-service trains, from the north (Salbris and Romorantin), but obviously it would be much more interesting to go to Valençay with the (steam ?) tourist trains...

Bet that "tourist" trains and "public service" ones living together should bring some fun and interest...
