Three BB locomotives built by CFD have been used on the Chemins de fer de la Provence. The 1963 built engine from the Vivarais arrived in 1969 and was transferred to Corsica in 1974 where the CP number 403 was changed to CFC 404. The two engines built in 1962 for POC arrived in 1971 to CP and had the numbers 401 and 402. Number 402 was stopped in 1978 and the body ceased to the Vivarais in 2004. The engine 401 is still on the CP, but out of use. This engine 401 is seen on the 14th of March 1981 in Puget-Théniers. Photo Th. Stolz <TheoStolz@bluewin.ch>
