Tracks in Lunel, seen from Platform 1. At this stage, there is a tight curve on the Tarascon-Narbonne line. Yet, top speed for passenger trains (whether MUs or loco-hauled formations) was raised to 160km/h in 1981-1982, thanks to a substantial cant increase.
