Tracks, South end. This pic was made from Platform 3, which is currently confined to TER traffic to/from Villefranche-Vernet les Bains (for "Le Train Jaune"). Further left, one can notice sidings, for TGV and TER formations upon turnaround, and the Parcels station.
Under the Perpignan-Figueres HSL project,
• Platform 3 will be remodelled and extended to 400m, while a 4th platform with an extra track (F) will see light just left. Both these platforms will actually accommodate traffic using the International HSL.
• a brand-new,larger station building will stand further left, with offices and a new Coach station, in lieu of the remaining sidings and the Parcels station.
