While being hauled through Burntisland, Fife by 56067 on Wednesday 8th July 1998, several HAA type coal hoppers towards the rear of the 7G64, 05:23 Mossend - Longannet PS M.G.R (coal) working, comprising of a total of 27 wagons, became de-railed at around 06:35, serverly damaging at least 1/4 mile of trackwork and with two of the wagons coming to rest on their sides and completely shedding their loads in the process. This view, taken from the park later on on that morning, shows the rear 18 wagons still in place with one of the wagons having broken through the wall and deposited it's load onto a park bench!!. 56067 and the other 9 wagons were sitting just round the curve further up the line and are out of sight in this view.
