<br>Those cars where build in the mid 90s as the Nightstock for night service between England and France, Holland and Germany
trough the channel tunnel. However, the project has been cancel by the owners (Eurostar UK, DB, NS and SNCF) even before
the service started and the cars were stored somewhere in U.K.

<br>In December 2000 Via Rail bought the Nighstock cars and start to use it in June 2002 on the night train between Montreal 
and Toronto. In late November 2002, Via Rail introduce those cars on day service on both Montreal Ottawa and Montreal 
Quebec City run.
