Class 37/0 37303 stands at Margam (date unknown). This loco, along with the remaining 3 other loco's from the 37300-37308 batch (37304/306/308), were later renumbered to 37271/272/273/274 in order to aviod confusion with the actual loco's being converted to 37/3's and numbered in the 373xx series. The original 37271-37274 had earlier been converted to ETH class 37/4's.

37065 with an unusual nose end for the time - this loco was built with split headcode boxes but was rebuilt like this after an accident. The lever below the cab with the chain connected to the brake cylinder under the cab steps is the parking brake - you can tell that it's off as the chain is slack. Margam, 1985. it is seen bringing the Weed Killing train through the suburbs of S.London on May 5th 2004.
