Partial side view of EWS/TransRail two-tone grey 37 423, complete with dirty nameplates and weatherbeaten paintwork. The Sir Murray Morrison 1873-1948, Pioneer of the British Aluminium Industry was stabled in close proxmity of the EWS 90 025 at the Motorail Terminal in Edinburgh Waverley on Friday, 2 April 1999 at 0719 hours (see also the other pic). This pic was taken en-route to Glasgow with the shoddy camera. I don’t know if I am colour blind but I was fairly certain that morning the top band on the loco looked sort of blu-ish, in fact, almost as if someone had mistaken Caledonian Blue paint for a grey one...
