No this is not the new 'budget' Royal Train but it is one of the Royal 47s 47798 'Prince William' heading through Kensington Olympia with a pair of barrier coaches. The loco has just been used to take an EMU to the south coast and these coaches, which are required for such moves, were being returned to London. Date Autumn 2001.
