50 011 approaches Appleford with the 16:58 Oxford - Paddington, 15/5/86. This was the locomotive's 2nd working after being 'twinned' with the Royal Navy's HMS Centurion. Crests were added above the nameplates. Unfortunately 50 011 became the first Class 50 to be withdrawn early in 1987 and the name and crests were transferred to 50 040, replacing the name Leviathan.
