D9000 which later became 55022 is the first Deltic after the blue test loco.
It was also the first diesel to be returned to the main line after withdrawal.
Unfortunately the ownerning group got into financial difficulties and the loco 
has been languishing at Hornsey Depot since the Autumn of 2002. However
the good news is that it has now been bought and although it is going to take
a while it will now be restored for a second time and may well eventually be
seen on the main line again. 40145 is doing the pushing at it passes Harringay
station on the 25th January 2005.
