This unusual sighting at Stratford took place when Anglia hired in D9000 'Royal Scots Grey' on
a regular service train one Sunday in August 2002. Deltics are surely one of the most impressive looking diesels
and since they are powered by 2 Napier 'marine' engines have a very different and distinct sound about them.
