Class 67 003 being towed through Cardiff Central on 28 October 1999 in the direction of Bristol. These locomotives are intended to be used on the Diesel hauled Royal Mail services replacing the Class 47. They are designed to operate at a maximum speed of 125 mph and have a power output of 3300hp, they also have Electric Train Heat, so they could possible be used on Passenger working in an emergency.
