HISTORY as GRAND CENTRAL's staff only HST departs from Kings Cross to York on the 9th November 2007 after making its very first appearence in the Capital. Daily services to and from Sunderland are planned to start as soon as possible. 43067 is one of the few HST power cars to be modified with buffers when they were required as DVTs on the ECML and makes an interesting comparison with the GNER standard version alongside.
