A merged view of a First Great Western Class 43 HST, with powercar 43150 <i>Bristol Evening Post</i> at the eastern end, waiting at platform 2 of Gloucester station. Platform 1, behind the camera, can and sometimes does, accomodate a second HST - the only location in the country (as far as I am aware) where this happens. A Central Trains Class 170 DMU is at platform 4 on the right.
