Class 117. Western region set L461 with the Driving Motor Brake Second leading on the down main approaching Southall on a Saturday morning in June 1972. <P> Set L461 is not listed in my 1978 RCTS Coaching Stock book or my 1988 Ian Allan and all 42 DMBS units are accounted for with other set numbers. Might it be possible that this was a typo in the set number? There was a Plymouth set P461 but it was formed of class 118 units.  <P>
