Creating what could truly be regarded as a genuine Scottish scene somewhere
in the Glasgow or Ayr area during the late 1970's, is in fact the
Bo'Ness & Kinneil Railway in Central Scotland in 1998.
Here we see Blue liveried Class 126 DMU, No: 51043+51017 standing
alongside Blue liveried Class 27's, No: 27005 & 27001 at Bo'Ness as it
waits for the right of way into the station in order to work the last train on the
last day of the diesel gala, the 18:10 Bo'Ness - Birkhill - Bo'Ness
service on Sun 6th Oct 1998.
