Wessex Trains Clas 143 DMU 143620 at platform 7 of Bristol Temple Meads station had some sort of problem that required an engineer to have a look at the front bogie, hence the Not To Be Moved notice. After a short while of this and and some fiddling with electronics the train was soon back in service.
