Central Trains servies between Nottingham and Cardiff are normally operated by single two- or three-car Class 170 sets, but today this service was strengthend to two two-car units to cater for the extra demand generated by the Rugby Union Heineken Cup final between Munster and Biarritz at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium. In this photograph the train is arriving into platform 3 of Newport station in South Wales with 170511 on the rear and 175515 leading on a Midlands-bound service. Photo by Chris McKenna 20/05/2006.
