Amazingly you still get shunters around in faded Rail Blue livery. This is 'Lenny' 08858, who for some reason has been given the white cab roof treatment. Picture taken at Didcot on the 20th August 2003.

Looking somewhat smarter than some 'Gronks' we have seen is 08892 which is nicely turned out in GNER colours.

HISTORY...well you would have thought so by now! We were amazed when 08853 still in 'original' Rail Blue livery appeared from GNER's Bounds Green depot on August 11th 2007. We think this is the only operational 08 like this on the network which was still present there on the 30th November.
